Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band founded out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life family member, Spencer Smiths (drums), besides their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
